The rules for using Artificial Land and buying the Island Pass.

1. Who we are

Artificial Land is operated by KRKOTIC-CONSULTING DOO (PIB 03582108), Ulica Henrika Angela 11, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at dusan.krkotic@gmail.com.

2. What Artificial Land is

Artificial Land is a browser toy for designing a small house on an island. You can change it by hand or describe it in a sentence; an AI model then arranges ready-made building and garden pieces (by Kenney, released under CC0). Results are generated automatically and may not match your description exactly.

You can use Artificial Land for free, with a daily limit on AI creations. Manual editing is unlimited.

3. The Island Pass

• The Island Pass is a one-time purchase of €9 (taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• It includes 30 AI creations a day, full-size pictures without the Artificial Land logo, and the house styles we add in the future, for as long as we run Artificial Land.
• The pass works in the browsers where you activate it, up to 10. You can restore it on a new device with the email you paid with and the invoice number from your receipt.
• Daily limits protect the service from abuse and may be adjusted; we will not lower the pass allowance below 30 creations a day.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.

5. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying the Island Pass. See the refund policy.

6. Your creations and public links

The houses you make are yours to keep and share. When you create a public link, you allow us to host and show that house and its picture to anyone with the link, and in the public gallery if you choose that option. Descriptions and public pictures are checked automatically for harmful content, and we may remove anything that breaks these terms. Ask us at dusan.krkotic@gmail.com to take down a public link.

7. Fair use

Please do not use Artificial Land to create or share unlawful, hateful or harmful content, to impersonate others, or to get around limits with automated tools or multiple accounts. We may suspend AI creation or public sharing for misuse.

8. Changes and availability

Artificial Land is a young product and we will keep improving it. Features may change. We provide the service as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. If we ever close Artificial Land, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes do not affect purchases already made.
