What Artificial Land stores, why, and for how long.

Who is responsible
KRKOTIC-CONSULTING DOO, Ulica Henrika Angela 11, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, is responsible for personal data processed through Artificial Land. Contact: dusan.krkotic@gmail.com.
What we process, and why
- A random browser identifier (cookie
al_client, 30 days) to count your free AI creations. - Your network address: our service only keeps a one-way hash that changes every day, to stop abuse, and deletes the counters after they expire. Cloudflare, our host, processes addresses to deliver the site.
- The descriptions you type are sent to OpenAI to shape your house and to check them for harmful content. We do not store them. OpenAI processes them under its API terms, which do not use API data to train models.
- Your houses stay in your browser. If you create a public link, the house design and its picture are stored and visible to anyone with the link, and in the gallery if you choose.
- Island Pass purchases: Paddle, as merchant of record, processes your payment and contact details under its privacy notice. We keep the transaction ID, the invoice number, a one-way hash of your email address (so you can restore the pass), and a hashed device token (cookie
al_pass, up to 400 days). During checkout a one-hour cookieal_claimlinks the payment to your browser.
We use no advertising and no analytics trackers. All our cookies are needed for the features above. Paddle sets its own cookies during checkout.
Who helps us
Cloudflare (hosting and database), OpenAI (house design and content checks) and Paddle (payments). They may process data outside Montenegro and the EU under their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Usage counters for a few days; browser identifiers for 30 days; public links until you ask us to remove them; purchase records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion or a copy, and you can object to processing. Write to dusan.krkotic@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Montenegrin data protection authority (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama) or to the authority where you live.
